  Heather Hansen, Sorry you had a negative experience, but I was Not Your Agent. My Clients were so excited to purchase Your home. As Professional Real Estate Agents we do our best to help Our Clients. I did advise My Clients to check out the neighborhood, schools and churches. Moving is a big deal and will impact the family and their future. It is unfortunate you felt pushed when they attended your church and visited the area. The delays were because the lender required the repairs. No lender would close a loan until the roof and the electrical issues were repaired. I have receipts for over $500 that I paid for for repairs from my compensation. Both your Agent & myself agreed to reduce it to assist you after you had the expense of the repairs. Also I had never met or spoken to you until the day we got the keys, so I am confused as to your allegations.
